This system is an Olympus BX63 automated fluorescence microscope configured as part of a BioView imaging workstation. It is designed for high-performance fluorescence, brightfield, and darkfield imaging, with motorised operation and integration capability with imaging and automation software.

Per the client’s provided documentation, the system has a recorded software/application version 3.7.2.6 and installation/testing was completed for System.

Preventive Maintenance (PM): A Duet 3 Preventive Maintenance report is provided showing System S/N 534, configuration “Duet3”, microscope model noted as BX63, and application version 3.7.2.6.

IQ/OQ/PQ: BioView Equipment Qualification documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ) has been supplied.
