This system is being sold on behalf of a client where it is surplus to requirements.

The unit features counter-pressure operation to help maintain packaging integrity during sterilisation and rapid cooling cycles, making it particularly suitable for food development kitchens, pilot plants, university food research departments, and small batch manufacturing environments.

Purchased new in 2020, the system reportedly saw only light use from March 2021 onwards and remains in excellent cosmetic condition throughout.

The autoclave has been routinely maintained and calibrated due to its use within food production applications. Calibration and preventive maintenance documentation is included within the sale.

The system comprises a 150 litre chamber with 3 stainless process baskets and includes software/data transfer accessories for process logging and monitoring.
