CTI-Cryogenics 9600 Compressor With Auto Transformer SKE 331-3

This system was removed from a university laboratory where it was surplus to requirements. The CTI-Cryogenics 9600 helium compressor is supplied with an SKE 331-3 auto transformer, used to step down a 440V US 3-phase input to 220V suitable for the compressor. The compressor features a dropped phase detector and will not operate unless all three input phases are present and correctly aligned. A cold head is required for operation (not included) and can be sourced separately. Replacement of the compressor adsorber is recommended as part of routine servicing. The helium loop is still pressurized, and so is unlikely to have been contaminated. This system must be installed and wired by a qualified electrician.
