Amco Modular Enclosures Cabinet with SVT Associates MBE Modules. This system was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirement. The cabinet contains five modules that were previously part of an SVT Associates Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) system. The system comprises the following: • Oerlikon MAG DRIVE Digital module (includes manual, in German) • Module labelled 'Effusion Cell Controller' – SN: 530909192005 • Module – SN: 530908092005 (only module confirmed to power on) • Module labelled 'Gate Valve Controller' • Another module labelled 'Effusion Cell Controller' (would fail a PAT test due to missing panels exposing internal components) • 1x Keys. Additional details: • Approx. module space width: 44 cm • Internal extension sockets are fitted for American-style plugs • Includes a large number of various internal cables.
