Edinburgh Instruments Time-Correlated Single Photon Counting System

This system was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.

Although all units successfully powered on, we cannot test it completely at our facility.

Condition varies as stated below each item.

The system includes the following components:

Edinburgh Instruments Spectrometer System Serial#: 178

The item is in good cosmetic condition with all components present. It powers on and successfully pairs with the control box, PMT Cooler Controller & PC with Software. The following tests were conducted:

1. Excitation Mono Successfully Initialised 2. Emission1 Mono Successfully Initialised 3. Excitation Polariser Successfully Initialised 4. Emission1 Polariser Successfully Initialised 5. Sample Holder Temperature Successfully Read 6. nF Iris did not initialise (nF Iris Cable present but unable to find port) 7. TAC Range & Scaler Successfully Initialised

All tests were performed using CD900 Test software. However, unable to open EAI Level 2 Edinburgh Instruments CD900 Software due to requiring Software Protection Device.

Additionally, the system includes

Edinburgh Instruments Nanosecond Flashlamp Head Model: nF900 Serial#: 095 Mfd: 03/2000

The item is in good cosmetic condition and pairs successfully with the Spectrometer System.

Edinburgh Instruments nF900 Controller Model: nF900 Serial#: 092 Mfd: 03/2000

The item is in good cosmetic condition with all components present. It powers on and successfully pairs with the Spectrometer System, PMT Cooler Controller & PC with Software. All cables shown at the rear are included.

Edinburgh Instruments CD900 Controller Model: CD900 Serial#: 112 Mfd: 03/2000

The item is in good cosmetic condition with all components present. It powers on and successfully pairs with the Spectrometer System, PMT Cooler Controller & PC with Software. All cables shown at the rear are included.

Lastly, the system includes an Elonex ProSentia PC, iiyama ProLite B2290HS Monitor, Elonex Keyboard & Microsoft. All items are in good cosmetic condition and in full working order. The PC runs Windows 98 and the software installed includes EAI Level 2 (requires Software Protection Device), F900 test, and Cd900t (requires Software Protection Device).
