TopoMetrix/Thermo AFM Scanner Lot with Probes, Samples & Software

TopoMetrix / Thermo Microscopes Atomic Force Microscope (AFM/MFM/EFM/Dry) Scanners – Untested Lot. This item was removed from a facility where it was surplus to requirements. All components are in good cosmetic condition but remain untested, as we do not have the equipment required for functional verification. Several boxed scanners are included, although two boxes are empty as noted below. Documentation, probes, and software media are also supplied.
